RESUMO
A disseminação é analisada segundo a perspectiva da transferência de informação em face à reconfiguração da idéia de cidadão e cidadania. Contextualiza a discussão focando o universo das informações estatísticas e mostra as ações, serviços e produtos do Seade nessa direção.

ABSTRACT
Dissemination is analyzed from the perspective of information transfer and how it affects the reconfiguration of the notion of the citizen and his role in society. Emphasis is placed on the universe of statistical information and the services and products of Seade in this regard.
